Who's isn't? LOL. Mines an 88 IROC vert with a 305 and a T56. Mods include a cam, Edlebrock headers, Holley FPR, 4th gen rear with 3.42 gears and a 4th gen interior. I just gave my 89 IROC to my wife. It still needs the motor finished up and a brake booster. Just having trouble finding time to finish it.

 

Whatever happened to the IROC with the 383 you had at the shop?

 

Its still sitting at the shop in Frostburg.
I need to find a mechanic that actually wants to work on it

 

What do you want done with it?

 

Get it running again for a daily driver or worst case swap an engine swap with a L31

 

I got a guy that could do it. He needs some more work right now and he's very good.

 

I'll give this guy till Sept. to get to work then I'll shot you a line if he hasn't started yet.

 

Or you could just sell it to me. Lol. Yeah, I'd be interested in meeting up on the weekends and raising a little hell with you guys!

getting ready to turbo my 305 . i been working on the fuel system . i got a 454 tbi(90 #injecters ) coming this weekend . lt4 cam next then the turbo . i have ebl flash to tune with . plus i have a tpi fuel pump to put in .

When the 89 is finished I'm going LS in the vert.

 

in this motor no more than 10-12 but i wanna build a all forged 355 vortec for it over the winter . i'm gonna use a t70 on the 305 but most likely a t76 on the 355 .

That sucks bro! I'm just finishing up the engine for the 89. I work all the time, so only having an hour or two here and there really prolongs the process.

 

Hey guys, just checking in to see where everyone's at with their projects. My list keeps growing lol. The vert needs brakes and rotors. Got some 4:10 gears and a Holley stealth ram that needs installed. Also want some Glowshift gauges before I go to Ocean city in may. Keep me posted. Spring is coming and I would like to organize some cruises this year.

 

Engine out ...afr heads and cam in just waitin to put back in car...need to buy stealth ram thats it....def need a cruise this spring

 

I don't know if you saw it but I picked up a stealth ram off here for $125.

Last weekend I drove to Cumberland from Warrenton.. came back home on 28, then 50. Wow!!! That was an awesome fine ride, with the curves, hills etc! I'd love to do it again, maybe with a few other thirdgens, I think it be really cool! Who's game??? stone
