I looked at it online. Appears to be the same one AZ sells.
They're getting me a replacement, but I think I'd rather stick with a GM one if I can find it.

I could check if I have my original one this weekend. I have since switched to carb and have some original TPI stuff in a box. If I still got it you could come grab it for free.
