Hey guys didnt know where to post this so I figured I would put it here. My problem is I was doing 60 in a 45 after curfew I was 16 at the time and now they have suspened my license for two months The question would it work in an apeal to say I need a ride to work, school and football? I'm just tryin my hardest not to lose the d*mn thing till im 18 cause i just wrecked my damn p.o.s minivan right before they suspended it.(great timing). But any help on what I could tell the judge would be greatly appreciated.

 

i live in WI, and had a 6 month suspension, and got an occupational license for $40. Try checking to see what you can do to keep yours though, before looking into an occupational- when i had mine, i was restriced on driving time, no more than 40 hrs a week, for school, work, household, and religious purposes.

 

Well, you probably already have one, but if you don't, I highly recommend a lawyer. For $200 my lawyer got an improper passing (3 points) knocked down to a 10 over moving violation and 1 point. Needless to say I was happy.

Well thanx to the people that helped me and to watura I was askin for advice not a flaming. I know friends that have been in two accidents and still have their license, some others have two speeding tickets. This site is dedicated to helping so dont reply if all your gonna do is flame.
