black outs? whats the laws and crap?

Anyway if its ok to have black outs do cops still pull you over?... do they go by distends like how far your able to see the red<--do you know what im talking about?

Well i live down here in Marshall MN and i have taillight covers......i have never been pulled over for them, although they are illegal.........BUT the owner before me said that he couldn't drive through town without gettin nailed for them....guess it depends how you drive and if they wanna nail you for something else.

 

they are illegal but if the pd in your town is cool theyll have no problem but if theyre not i wouldnt try it bcuz they r illegal
