Best for function = weld in

Best for ease of install = bolt in

Brands a really so similar in design, it usually works out to be what's being offered on special that week... Some bolt on ones are on Ebay right now that I just looked at for $100...

No don't do bolt-in's. not as tight. go with the weld-in's for sure. as for brand they all look the same to me but i hear spohn is the shyt because they have some extra braces with em.
