Well after about 6 months of look I have found the perfect car for me... it is an 85 Z28 white/gold with a 305 and t-tops. The motor runs great but it is missing the tranny and windshield, luckily my friends Uncle is Robby Gordons PR man and he gets parts free from him, he has an 87 SC and his uncle sent him a brand new probuilt 700R4 but he got tired of waiting and just rebuilt his... now hes selling me the tranny for 500 considering he got it for free. The car has a nice body with just a tiny bit of rust and the only problem with the body is a small dent where the guy who had it backed out of the garage wrong. My dads friend has the car and im getting it for 450.00 then 500.00 for the transmission and probably 125.00 for the window and then I have a perfect project for under 1200.00, the interior also could use a new steering wheel but I plan on modifying a ton of stuff anyway. Will post pics when I pick it up!!!
