Where did they hold that at? I was thinking about dropping by on the way back from ubly but the car was on the trailer with no exhaust

It was on a side street just west of the main drag(sorry,not real familiar with Downtown Mt Clemens)
Took place right around 7PM
I belive a guy with a 70's era Caprice(boat),It was ceiling paint White,When I seen him at Pampa's tuesday it was Flat black primer,BUT he has one bad bowtie in that car,Lotsa nitrous too
