Hi

Just wanted to say hi to everyone.
I picked a 85 camaro on Monday.
This seems to be a great site to learn from.

like i said above the wife had a 73 camaro when we met that we built up and put a 528 hp engine in

she also had a 72 challenger at the time with a 440 slapstick.....

Sounds like a keeper to me!!

I have a special place in my heart for old "E" and "B" bodied Mopars.....seeings how I had a '72 Charger for about 16 years, and my brother had a '74 Challenger for a few years too. Hell, my whole neighborhood growing up contained Mopar freaks!

Guy up the street had a '68 Cuda with the old 273 "Commando".

im not as much on the mopars as some i dont like working on them at all...LMAO

but i also had a 67 chrysler newport 2 door with a 383 bigblock ...it was a boat of a car but man that thing had power........and not to mention you could fit 5 of your best buddies in it with you

all in all im a chevy guy at heart althou ive owned all major brands of cars and trucks

LOL i know it that trunk was awsome you could put a family of 6 in there with breathing room

not that i dont like Mopars i really like the looks of alot of the classic Mopars of the day my wifes cousin has a 67 baracuda right now he is restoring ....its going to be a really nice ride when he gets it done
i went over and took a gander at it a couple weeks ago and got suckered into helping with a couple small tasks....
