Trying to find out if there is anyone from the peoria area on here, or anyone who runs at either midstate, or cordova, getting the car finished up and just wanting to meet some people. Have been out of the drag race scene around the area for a few years, ready to get back into it.

 

Not quite to P-town....but CrazyN8 and I are both just north of Springfield.... Tony Walsh is from Raymond (south of springfield), TheGeneral is from Litchfield?? I know there are some guys from around Lincoln, and some from Bloomington too....

 

Cool, do any of you go out to Midstate, or do you go somewhere else, I haven't been to Havana to run since Gebhardt's took it over, i hear that it is much better now. Have spent the past several years running at Cordova, Eddyville, and St. Louis, with a few trips to Joliet.

 

I don't do much drag racing. N8 is building up a car that could def compete, but he's got A LOTTTTT of time in the bodywork and paint and I am sure he would not be happy twisting it all out of place after all those hours longblocking it and getting it ready... The rest of those guys I don't really know, I have just seen that they are "local" from seeing their stuff on the boards. I'd like to get mine down to STL one day on one of Gateway's test and tune days just to see what she could do tho.....
