Touch up bumper cover

Does anyone know what type of paint I can use to touch up my plastic bumper cover without taking it off? I heard it hard to get it to stick.

Guess it depends on what you mean by touch up. If it's a scratch, use regular touch up paint. If you are painting a repair, you would have sanded it before painting which gives you adhesion. If you are painting a large area without sanding, you could go to Walmart (I don't shop there unless I have too!) and go to the automotive paint area and get a can of Bulldog adhesion promoter spray. It is a thin clear film and is actually a professional product. Allows you to paint glass, plastics etc.
