I wasn't running, I was helping a friend from the twin cities with his 2002 LS Camaro. We were tweaking all the practice runs and he ended up winning his bracket taking the "big" trophy home. He was pretty consistent with a 12.5, 108mph, R/T was around .05-.08. Not too bad for a rookie. I just put some new Nitto's on and haven't had time to run them yet.

That's a pretty solid time! I just got done working on mine thinking it was all ready to hit the strip, and now after a bit of goofing around on the 4th I got a code 34. You have no idea how much I hate the number 34 makes me stress hard because it can be so many different things.

 

First thing i would do is put a vacuum gauge on it. Start with the basics first. I have a 1987 with a MAF and was getting a code 33, turned out to be the lower runner bolts were loose and the throttle body leaked on the TB shaft.

Milwaukee here. Getting in the garage this weekend to install stud girdle. Soon thereafter, taking it to the dyno, see what it'll do.

 

My parents are in Waukesha, and I am close to Hudson, WI.

 

Nice! Eau Claire here, and weather permitting I will be taking mine out in a week or two gonna be heading to Rock Falls Dragstrip at the end of April if anyone is interested.

 

Fond du lac here... Been working on mine a little this year. After this snow melts we just got, hoping to get it out for the year. Planning on attending automotion in Wisconsin dells, and taking it to Elkhart lake road track this summer!

 

I usually make it to Great Lakes Dragaway once a year. Not before Wisconsin Dells Automotion though. I would hate to break at the track and ruin that weekend in May.

 

Depending when baby comes, I should take my bird out that way.

I just wanted to see if anyone was going to Automation this year in the Dells? I will be there on Friday till Sunday with a few of my friends. I will be driving my white 89 convertible and an orange and black 87 GTA. I hope to see more 3rd gens out this year!
