Junkyard find in KC-15th anniversary T/A

I was at the u-pull-it yard at I-435 and Truman road yesterday and there is a 15th anniversary TransAm there that still has the Recaro's in it. They're rough, but restorable, and there is actually an extra set of rear seatbacks laying in it. Was a 5-speed car but the trans is gone-disc rear end is still in it, console tag reads GT4-G80 IIRC. I won't have time to get back out there until next week. I would rather see another third genner get the good stuff out of it than have it go to the chipper.

haha, i was up there today, didn't see your post before i went, and found that car. i made much haste in pulling the front seats, i left the backs (look like regular trans am seats to me) but those seats are nasty! i'm gonna clean em up as best i can tomorrow and throw them in my project.

btw, paid $20 for them, i love 50% off weekends!
