Re: ****neon lights****

I hate the over-the-counter kits. The side tubes are too short.

Find a local sign shop & see where they get their neon for their channel letter signs. I was going to have my tubes custom made to see, but never have. Wouldn't have been much more than the kits & fit WAY better.

IIRC, he wanted only like $4 per foot, made to MY specific length.

I just never looked for a 12v transformer to power them.

Re: ****neon lights****

to my knowledge, not too many people have an extra set of red neon sitting around...if you find someone great, but I'd suggest just buying through ebay. It's safe, usually fast, and really cheap.

Re: ****neon lights****

Find a local neon tube maker & get them made to fit. MUCH cheaper. I hate the short side tubes in the off-the-shelf kits.

I was going to, just never have. Might some day.

I bought a kit on e-bay for my s-10 for about $40. Came with 4lights and wiring kit.
