not worth doing it IMO, go buy some vortecs, dart iron eagles, etc. Your money is better spent on aftermarket heads way before spending 400+ on stockers.

Harrys Heads in Sioux City, they do excellent work.
They do a ton of circle track and drag stuff.
They have done a set of heads and machinework for my pontiac race motor, and am very satisfied.
