I had a guy install a longblock in my GTA, my block was cracked. Now that He's done he can't seem to get the TPI adjusted right. Anyone in St. Louis interested in helping me out? My mechanic is sure everything is hooked up correctly, he's just not familiar with TPI. The car is idling like crap but smooths out around 2000 RPM. I sent him a link to adjust the TPS and he said it helped a little. He tells me the car needs to be hooked up to a computer to adjust the TPI. Any thoughts?

 

if its idling bad but smooths out around 2k. he might have a vacuum leak or plug wires are on wrong or arcing. get a vacuum gauge it will tell you so much
