I just saw that the street machine nationals are going to be held in Indianapolis for the first time in a long time. I'm definately going to be there, anyone else from the area going?

They are being held at IRP in Indy I believe...like the middle of June. I'm not 100% sure on the date.

The street machine nationals will be June 29-July 1 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds. I'm hoping to see some nice thirdgens there.

JBenge- thanks for the dates. I'll definitely be there. I missed the last year in DuQuoin but went there the previous 5 years. What a trip- and what a night life. I'm glad they got kicked outta Joliet... the trip is half the fun. My friend & I did DuQuoin in 95 with a Lincoln we painted-up and concrete-sawed the roof off of. 2-1/2 hours each way it rained. We got more thumbs-up's from truckers we passed with that no-roof Lincoln than any trip I've ever taken in a nice hotrod.
