Looking for people from NW IN and fa south Chicago suburbs(ie:Lansing, Crete, etc) to start our own message board and possibly club.......This is meant to no slight to other clubs near the area(actually would be cool working with you guys, I've met quite a few of you), just trying to start something closer to home and there is a million F-bodies out here......besides, we can always have shootouts lol
I already have about 8 people commited to the idea and a few more coming by word of mouth.....
So anyone interested in a local message board/club for your gearheads in arms please reply to this message

I don't know if you know about the Midwest Fbody Assoc(www.mfba.org)...but that's the message board I hang out on and go to a few of our local gatherrings in Indy...if Chicago area guys are as cool as the central IN guys...it's a blast! Our next gatherring is March 24th.

If you can start a successful thirdgen specific group...more power to yah!! That'd be cool...

haha cruising spots... there's no place good to cruise around here but there are plenty of backroads to race on, if you're careful. Cops come actually patrol about ohhhh once a month, it seems like at least. I am close to US 41 tho. Is this group wanting it's own message board and website? i mean if that was done would more people post to it than in this little midwest section?

Okay people lloks like April 20 Firday nite we will be meeting at Blue Top in Highland , IN.......between the times of 8-9 pm

from I-80 take Rt 41 south abd about 2 miles down on the left side of the road directly past Ridge ROad u will see Blue Top

from Rt 30 take Rt 41 north to Highland,IN and u will see it on the right side of the road about 1/4 mile from Ridge Road

Friday sounds great.Can't wait to get club going.Another meeting place could be Miami Subs. Lots of hot rodders go there before Blue Top.

I've been posting under the same topic as my friend Jeremy, so I'm just reiterating that I'm in the club with him. I'll be up at Blue Top on Friday 20th. I drive the 95 Green Camaro. Jeremy will probably bring the red formula. Looking forward to a good turn-out.

As far as we go for being a club....thirdgen is and always will be our main priority , however if someone has a 4th gen or otherwise make or model of vehicle they would be allowed to join.......
but we are a club based upon the 82-92 Camaro and Firebird lines

Hey, I'm here! I don't have many ideas concerning the name, logo, or what I'd want from the club. As we get a little farther into the summer I'll have a better idea of how much time I'll have. By the way Jeremy, that 9 bolt rearend has a 2.77 posi. That sucks, I thought it was going to be at least a 3.27. I'll probably just throw it on the classified if nobody around here wants it.
