Raceway to the Roadway

Hello. Im newly registered here on 3rd gen but I am in a whole host of Pontiac sites online. Our former high school 1/4 track car is getting a new lease on life just not sure what Im going to do with it yet. In the end we may have to part with it but for now its fix what I can afford. This project is mainly for my son who is long term incarcerated and well, he may be locked up for rest of my life time so this is kind of important for me.

Our Craigslist 900.00 barnfind turned out to be a former racecar for a local central Wisconsin school district, a 1989 Firebird Formula 350 in the Maui Blue flavor. Owned by the school for 21 years only 11k miles were added in that time and was used exclisively for driving to the track, down the track and back to school if possible lol. They took good care of it overall. Added a Hypertech chip (keep opinions to ones self) nixed the cat and replaced with 3.5 pipe to welded crossflow. I happen to like the Borg Warner 3.27 as I can cruise down highway with the wife reasonably or I can go into town and leave the rubber on the road..I added the whole clean air system, amazingly they still had oem air intake system.I would like to add the air back on it but cost may be too much and frankly Im not sure what they did to alter belt. Right now would of course be a great time as I have the thing completely torn apart to get mice houses out.

Parts parts parts. In Wisconsin I can drive out of states a different story.

I need

Plastic radiator cover for 89 5.7

Front turn signal monting panel also holds vertical hood adjustment rubber screwes. (I might have found this part waiting on a reply now) but if someone has one holler. This part had 3 different models,I need for some reason the 91-92 version with 4 bolt phlange assembly.

Lower dual electric fan mounting bracket. This bracket is sadly plastic, mounts under lower radiator housing and has 4 tabs for mouning the four legs of eletric fans. This also has 2 holes for mounting cooling circle power steering lines.

So appreciate the time to read and nice comments are of course welcome haha. Happy snow days.
