Moving where is it easier to pass inspection/emmisions DE or MD
I currently live in PA and have my car car is registered in PA . I am going to be relocating because of work to either lower Delaware or MD. I have the following mods on my car and wonder if i even have a chance of passing inspection in either state? (1991 camaro 305 TBI)
1) Headers and 3inch exhaust into a flowmaster muffller
2) Open element air cleaner
3) Subframe connectors aftermarket LCA and panhard
4) 3 inch cowl hood
5) Tint at (light I think it was the lightest available like 35 is the number that sticks in my head)
The rest of the mods you can't see so I should be ok with them
Also do the states have emmissions exemptions like PA (if you drive under 5K in a year no emmissions) I was also trying to see if my 1991 would be eligible for classic or antique tags in either state.

You won't fare well in Maryland either unless you go somewhere away from the DC/Baltimore metro area...if you want to be where's there's people, you have to deal with emissions or get to be very good friends with mechanics who can write waivers for you. Best bet -- leave your car registered in PA and have your mail forwarded to Maryland...
Sorry for the bad news.
