Ohio Emissions

I have an 89 IROC and will not be bringing it out until next summer. I have to get an emissions check but have taken some things off and will be taking more off. Anyway my AC and Smog EGR shyt for the converter and exhaust manifolds have been removed and being replaced with shorties headers and hooker y-pipe and hooker exhaust with a random tech converter. Can I pass with this. I heard you can pass as long as you have a smooth running car.

Smooth running truck: My buddy has a dodge pickup with 350 and STRAIGHT PIPES from headers......he passes emissions.

Basically ANYONE FROM OHIO pass emissions without these things....and with performance mods?
