Progress on my car is coming along well. No major problems, if we had any problems it was all little things. New motor is ready to put in when I get my parts back.

 

Did you disconnect power from the ecu and allow it to relearn after ajusting the tps? If you do this then get it started, it may take a couple of miles to just relearn the trims and act correct.

Are you sure the tps is at correct voltage vs position? Throwing any codes?

come on sc85 get that new motor in there i dont want you getting last place well there is a honda coming to race now i guess and he has $100 to through down also from what i hear it runs 15.9 but he is doing some head work and new cams so it will run like 15.8 now. i raced him with my womans 4 door grand am 4cyl and he couldnt pull away hahaha ez money!

 

Eh he's having fueling issues at the moment and no time to work on it. Do you guys know about the cruise in at casa de lobo in the old bilo plaza in LH this next weekend?

what kinda fuel problem is it having? let me know if you guys are going up to that cruise i might swing by. oh the honda guy now ordered a turbo and says he is only going to run 10lbs of boost like it will get out of the 15's anyway what a waste of time and money!

 

The fuel isnt making any horsepower, thats the problem... dunno know how to fix except for a LSX swap.

 

Oh, and yes if it isnt raining we will be there. Hell come and we'll get some wings or schwing schwing after or somthing.

my car still isn't legal. i have been looking at a cam upgrade i think fishers might beat mine, i just dont know if a factory cam is going to cut it . we got some small bugs to work out on his but that should only take a day then it should be good to go.
