HELP.. NEED SHOP IN NJ

Im hoping you guys can help me.Back in October I dropped off my 91 firebird at a local shop to have the two ouside mirrors replaced and get it inspected. just got car registered..over the summer i rescued her from a junk yard withplans of getting the minor dent in her fender and nose replaced this spring. That was before this happened..now this is where my money is going.

Anyway..the mechanic told me he cannot get the driverside doorpanel to go on properly because the plastic top peice is warped and the cloth will not line up..to add insult to injury this guy goes and looses my keys in january inside a customers car..Instead of being a normal person and calling to see if the customer found the keys--idiot takes apart my steering colum and hotwires my car because he had to move it. get this. The snow plow was coming and my car was in the way....you guessed it..customer called the following day to say they found the keys..and take another guess--mr master mechanic doesn't know how to put the steering colum back together.

Now he is advising me to either sell the car as is..or junk it and buy a more reliable car like the cavalier he has for sale....

My question for you guys is...........Does anyone know of a shop that knows how to work on third gen F bodies?I live in Rahway and am willing to pay all towing fees....I prefer someone in the Middlesex, Monmouth, Union or Essex County area--jersey city bayonnne are no problem either. IF so please text me at: 908-307-2065..my name is LISA- I AM NOT JUNKING THiS CAR-She may have some minor cosmetic issues but this car ran great for one that sat so long at the junkyard..that is before this idiot got his hands on her. :...(

Re: HELP.. NEED SHOP IN NJ

I'm not sure if you signed up on these boards yet, but try the guys at www.njfboa.org there are plenty of guys there who can probably just come over and give you a hand if you get the parts. Also they can probably give better advice on shops in your area. I know where Rahway is but I'm not familiar with the shops in the area. Again try that site. Guys there are plenty helpful and I'm not sure if you will notice but you will find more than a few guys who are on both boards with the same names myself included.

Ryan's auto on the corner where the junior high is talk to him he may tow it from *** hats shop to his for free. Also the garage next to wallgreens is suposed to be honest/reputible.

side note sue his *** in small claims court for the repair costs
