You're kidding. There's actually someone in northern nevada with a fixed up 3rd gen? Everyone knows that nevada+third gen = some of the crappiest cars in the world. Good to know they're not all trashed up here. Just wait till March, there'll be someone else tearin up Reno

good to hear someone else will be around. most the thirdgens around here are all rusted out white trash mobiles or they are lifted! so it will be nice to see some people that apreciate these cars around these parts

I'm actually holdin it down in Yerington. You should come down here for the vette show this spring. Put some of these high-dollar vettes to shame in the 1/8 mile drags.

I plan to be in Reno in April, and I'll be looking for a 3gen to fix it up. I just love the fact that Summit's got a store in there plus Reno salvage and pick&pull that's a nice combo

as a matter of fact i do get discounts but if i use them on anyone but me i get canned so sorry no helpin anyone out, and i work in the wherehouse in the back of the retail store so you wont see me if you go in there ......... you might see my car parked out back though. theres a guy that works at the Summit in the CS department named Jeremy, big 3rdgen guy... just finished putting a blown 355 into his bird.... look him up.

I know this is kinda late, but the vette 1/8 mile drags are THIS MONDAY MORNING. For any of you that can make it, I'm almost positive you can run your cars even though they're not corvettes. People have in the past. Even if you can't, there's a few Z06's running around with roll bars that might be pretty entertaining. Just in case you forgot, they're held here in Yerington at the airport.

We will not be down in that area for another month lol.

I lived in Sparks for the first 20 years of my life.
I'm in Fremont, CA now, but I come up to visit during Hot August Nights. Mom, Dad and Grandparents still in Reno.
Usually come up in the wife's Blazer though, since there's not much room in the Camaro for four people and luggage.
