Not a Problem a couple from our Camaro club help run that. So we get updates & such when they show up to meetings.

Those 1.8Ts can be a handful for a stock 305. Good friend just traded his 1.8T in for a SRT-4, wanted more power and reliability. We traded cars for a 10 mile or so drive down to a pool hall, then out to the interstate. The SRT-4 has power everywhere, barely feels like a turbo car. My 305 TPI is actually more peaky then the SRT-4.

If you are doing heads and cam, what stops you from changing the block. A 305 and 350 look exactly alike. You can keep the QudraJet and all that and go with the 350.

So then how do you plan on getting most of that stuff past him? BTW, if it really is a LG4 then a new chip would do nothing.

Well I will be coming in from the south If I can go. Going to try to have my 87 finished or close to finish by that time. For you guys coming in from seattle north best bet is to come via the Ferrie.

The only place I can think of stoping & meeting is the gas station at the end of the road. ( Its a texco or shell) where you turn off to go to the track.

Oh If you want to race Car club Challange get a team name together & go http://carclubchallenge.com/bbs/index.php & let either GTPBoost or PoniesRule the team name. Then its $5 (one time yearly fee) for each member to join for points. PLus The Tech in card for Bremerton raceways.

Then when you race at PR its a $10. for Permanet number (one time yearly fee) & tech card.

Well its been awhile since I've been to thirdgen, so I thought I would check up on everyone. So how are you all doing? By the way, I need to sell my firebird so I can drive my TransAm. I think blue1989 will by it but he wont have the money for awhile. Its a v6 2.8, black. I was thinking something around 500 bucks. I just need to get it sold asap, also I'll throw in a camaro door, drivers side, in for free. I know there not much at junk yards but what ever. I need to get rid of the door as well.

Well jesus and I have been working on putting in our 305's in our birds. I jsut finished the rebuild with my car so now all i have to do is to attach the tranny and hook all the **** up. Jesus has to do a bit more but will probably be done about the same time as me. Anyways, I dont think I'll be drving any place that I dont have to. Like you said gas is prcy so I dont want to use any excess gas.

this weekend i put the intake gaskets and valve cover gaskets on. Then had the intake put on and also the valve covers. I get the idea though that i should have lubed up the pushrodes and what not. Hoepfully that wont be a problem. This next weekend is going to be dedicated towards draining all the crap out from the 305.
