does anyone know what im suppose to do 2 set the TPS correctlly? what is the voltage suppose to be and where is it suppose to idle at?

What year is your car? If it is a 90 ( I believe) and up, there is no adjustment to the TPS. On 89 and below, you take the readings by backprobing the top and center pin on the TPS connector with a multimeter set to volts direct current (VDC) with the key in the "ON" position. Top pin is negative and center pin is positive. Loosen the two screws connecting it to the throttle body. While backprobing the wire harness, move the TPS up or down until you have a voltage reading from .46 - .62 volts. After you have adjusted it within this range, tighten the two screws at the throttle body and re-check your settings. Be careful to not over tighten the two attaching screws or the TPS could bind.
