A lesson for you

So, sad as it may be, couldn't come through with a cop to sign off on my window tint fix-it-ticket
Should have told the cop I bought the car with the tint.

So, yesterday I spent $4 for amonia, spray bottle and razor blades and took off the front tints. Took me about an hour and a half, no problems.

So I call the courthouse today (which is in Woodland) and the lady informed me the cop didn't mark the citation 'correctable' and hence its not a $10 fix it ticket but a $130 ticket!

So I can either go to court in Woodland, call the CHP officer, or pay the $130. At least I have until Dec 4th. Anyways, I'm going to try and convince to CHP officer to ammend the ticket and make it correctable.... anybody have some good begging advice for me

Just call and ask him, tell him you already fixed it, and if you want to show HIM its fixed you will.

When you go to court, tell the judge you removed it, take pics. That should take it back down to 10 bucks.

That's my bet on what will happen. Of course if you were me, the opposite luck would be the case.
