Anyone here live around Portage/Valparaiso, IN area that drives a red Camaro RS that says "Camaro RS" in white letters on top of the windshield?

Hey d0n you know that Green '92 Trans Am convertable that's always parked at Kelsey's? That belongs to a lady who works there with my mother. I'm trying to get her to sell it to me haha, I hope she will, it's a damn nice car.

 

Well, my girlfriend lives out on rt6 in Portage and I think I know which car your talking about. I haven't seen him around for awhile.

 

yeah I saw him last night on one of those backroads between Hwy. 6 and 130 on my way back from bowling at Camelot.

 

yeah i have seen that...looks pretty sharp...i was kinda looking at that red GTA trans am for sale on calumet ave. for 5500 now (want it for my 2nd car)...i wonder why nobody is buying it...it was at 6800 at one time??? must have something wrong with it

 

Everytime I drive by it with one of my friends we joke about calling John's Garage and having them tow it to my house.. Yeah there has to be something wrong with it. It's been sitting there for at least a couple of months. Hey do you know of a good place to buy a new crate engine from? Someone told me there's a race shop in Michigan City but I don't know where it supposedly is, I drove around up there but didn't see anything. I'm looking to buy a 350 crate in a couple of months and would like to buy from a new engine dealer around here rather than over the net.

 

I've seen that red RS around, don't know who drives it though. As far as speedshops in the area, try Hardin's Speed Shop on Rt. 6 in Hobart (do not remember their # off hand) or Van Senus (219) 844-2900. I'd probably try Van Senus first....

I guess he sold that red GTA it's gone now lol. Man, I went to Advance Auto Parts today in Valpo and I'll never go there again. I asked them if they could order brand new engines and the kid goes "Why the hell would you want a brand new one?" "Uhh because I wouldn't trust a remanufactured lawnmower you little punk"

 

there is one in highland and one in hammond. the one in highland is much better though. if you go there ask for a guy named JOE(he is kinda thin, has longer hair and is almost always smokin')he is the best person to talk to and can help you with most anything. there warehouse is also in highland so it is more logical to use the store in highland incase they send you there(which they usually do)

ok I kinda know the Highland area a little, is it on the main road that goes to Hwy. 30? And where's BlueTop at? If you all want to meet Saturday night somewhere I'm up for it, I won't be driving my T/A though, obviously. Or we could meet next week, that would be better so everyone can plan ahead, plus I get paid next week and I'm broke atm. Hell if I don't have to work next Saturday night we could all go to Burger King here in Wanatah, I can get us all free food. My town is easy as hell to get to, if you know where Hwy. 30 is just take it east from Valpo and you'll come up on it. Can't miss BK either it's right next to a Speedway gas station.

 

so does anyone want to meet somewhere this weekend or next weekend??????? I am up for it.

 

Hey Nikki What's up? Haven't heard from you in a while! Yeah I'll be up at Blue Top Friday round 8. Or I'll be up Ridge Road in Lansing @ Rico's Pizza. My bud just got a job at the Van Senus Wharehouse So I got the direct hook-up for my need for speed. It'd be kewl if we could get the group of F-bodies together for a nite out. maybe i will see you out this weekend. we really haven't been going to bluetop that much lately.it has become overrun by import wannabes and bikes. there have been a ton of people up at miami subs the last couple times, but yeah i should run into you somewhere along the way this weekend
