Anyone around the Valparaiso area going to be making any mods to their 3rd gen and need an assistant? I'm still a beginner in the whole mechanics thing and I'd like to learn how to do some things. I'm doing an engine swap on mine but right now I don't have anything left to do until I save up the cash for a new engine, but if anyone around here is doing a swap, or adding a supercharger or whatever I'll gladly help so I can learn. I know I'm going to have one hell of a time putting a new engine in so I might end up having to take it to a mechanic and have him finish setting up all the wiring and putting stuff back on, but if I can help or watch someone do it with a car similar to mine I could probably avoid that. How close are you to the Crown Point area???? I know where Valpo is but I don't think I have ever heard of your town. Anyway, my boyfriend is puttin' an Ls1 in his 88 TA and is in the middle of that right now. it's probably a 45-1hr drive from where I live. Wanatah is about 5 miles east of Valparaiso on Highway 30. Yeah I'm interested tell him to e-mail me at Soulrev@hotmail.com and give me directions to his place. As for this week I'm only gunna be available Thursday until 7 p.m. and Saturday until about 6 p.m. Next week it depends on my work schedule.
