got a question

anyone see a reason why i can't run my 1/2 fuel line down the passenger side of my camaro following the factory exhaust routing?

I am asking because I have my tank sumped and am putting my holley blue pump on the spare tire well under the car. I then wanted to run the line down the pass side following where the factory pipes would be. I am running a true dual exhaust with h-pipe down the tunnel so I am looking at places to run the line away from heat. what do you all think?

yea but then i wouldn't have to run the lines down the WHOLE length of exhaust. It would only bend around 2 inches of exhaust i believe.

U can basically run it anyway u wish to so long as u have clearance. My only suggestions are to use either A.) braided line of proper sizing or B.) bend new hard line (metal)

Dont chimp out and use rubber hosing only for the length of a car , made for high pressure or not, just a safety issue in the event of worst case scenario

Jeremy, yea i have 25 feet of 1/2inch metal tubing that I bought from summit. I was just thinking in case of accident on pass side impact would running the lines where the factory exhaust tubing was.....wouldn't want a 1/2inch line bursting on me and dumping fuel all over. Just trying to be extra cautious. Let me know if it shouldn't be a problem.
