so, didn't read all, does the 50 cover track and food, or just track? Also, whats this possible, extra charge at the track??? I may be there along with a buddy or two, also, is there a fee for spectators too or just paid per car???

Anyways, 50 bucks to race all day. Regarding food, everyone chipped in and brought food last year, so take that for what it is worth.

 

Currently it is $50 per car to run. Food is extra, but we are bringing our own food and grilling it there. If you bring something there will be plenty for everyone to share.

The extra charge comes in if we don't make the 25 car alotment. The track rental is $1200, 400 of which is a non-refundable deposit. The $1200 fee is based on their minimum of 25 cars.

$1200 / 25 cars = $48/car. But $50 is easier. If we have less than 25 cars then its going to be more than $50 per car.
