Anyone have a cable-driven speed sensor?
Anything cable-driven from 82-84 bird or 82-89 Camaro should work I think..needs to be for an automatic transmission. Let me know what you've got.

would the parts off a TH350 work? cuz i have one sitting in the garage i'd sell for $30 complete minus dipstick and converter...i need space for my motor build.

mmmm, let us look into that. All i know is the trans we have is from a 91 bird, and we have an 86 camaro, makes the whole speedo thing kinda hard.

Axle/Gears: Always the good ones
If I'm not mistake the 350 and 700 speedo gear drives are comaptible.
So just getting one for the right gear set would be the only issue.
Might have to change both gears depending on what u get however.

Turns out I have one in my trans. lol, we put a mechanical one in mine to keep it sealed while I was looking for an electronic VSS for my car. All is well, Andrew gets my mechanical one, I get his electronic one
