Very happy right now. Didn't think the car would even get close to passing. Definitely thought I was going to have to shell out a few hundred to stay legal

I don't know about the rest of the state but Lake county sure as hell does. Anything newer than 1975 has to take them IIRC.

I know most states wont bother making anything 15 years or older take them. Illinois being one of them.
