Suggestion...
Everyone remember to toss a folding chair or two in their vehicle. If not, standing around ALL day long will get a bit tiring. OK, I'll be the first to admit that my feet hurting from 4 hours shopping for supplies I need to take MAY have inspired this post.

Folding Chair(s)
Sunblock
Baseball Cap and Sunglasses
Small cooler with Water, etc.
Backpack (for carrying stuff while walking around - like digital camera and video camera)
Good comfortable shoes
Poncho (just in case)
Those are the main things.

I have 80 bottles of water for the event , I don't want anyone getting dehydrated, and best of all it's free, no $3 per bottle at most shows, lol.
