need advice

I went to the track last Thursday for the first time and I need a little help. I have read through some other post and got some ideas, but I would still like to hear what others have to say.

Reaction - 1.432 (I think I feel asleep at the line)
60' - 1.969
1/8 ET - 9.059
1/8 MPH - 76.23
1/4 ET - 14.205
1/4 MPH - 95.96

So my problem is that the car whell hoped about 5 or 6 times then it kicked out sideways and layed ruber for about 15'. I plan on doing headers, chip, and new lower control arms in back, but what else can I do to make it quicker and not wheel hop.

I have 1991 B4C 350 TPI that is stock besides the new Accel #30 injectors, 3.23 posi, a Transgo shift kit ,2500 stall and an slp cat back. The rear suspension is stock except for the polyeruathane
bushings. I am runing on Firehalk SS20's.
