It all depends....
Did you have tire spin? If your tired were spinning then yes it hurt you. If you hooked good than no, you didnt loose any time.
I have the 10 bolt with 2.73 and a mild 350. My best is a 2.2 60' time with an average of 2.3 times.
Hope this helps.

listen i have a 305 tpi and my first time to the track was a great day it was almost perfect weather
i had my 3.45 9 bolt in at the time and the posi was not working and i got a 14.86 at 89.5 and my lowest 60' was a 2.02 and my wheel was spining
so you can run fast and get a low 60' with out a posi you just have to play around with your launch
to get those times i feathered the gas out of the hole until like half way through first the hit it
