What would a 95% stock (maybe K&N filter and chip) run in the 1/4 mile with a fresh rebuild (5K on the engine?), and crappy driver. Its a/t with 3.42 or 3.73 in the rear. 15" tires. 305 tpi mostly stock.



This guy wants to race me for slips... can you believe him? Arnt most 305 TPI in the low-mid 15s?

My car does 15.2 with 2.73 gears...

Unless anything was done to the engine in the rebuild, then it will be a close race. You should rape him with your combo, but I don't understand your times. I think your setup should be at least 1.5 seconds faster, unless I'm missing something.

Its in the gears I think. I need to get a better disturbat. or module.... I dont know.



It is almost all stock. I know its a 305, a/t and posi.
