Stock Eliminator?
I was reading the post from a few days ago about bracket racing, caught my attention. how do you run 12.15 on a 305 without porting the heads, cams, swapping manifolds, etc? What are some of the secrets i'm missing out on? where is the extra hp/chassis improvements comming from? are they using those "tosser" cams or what? I've been looking all over and i can't find anything about building a stock eliminator engine or even tips on suspension setup.

That's the challenge of stock eliminator, seeing what you can do with stock heads, intake, crank, stock wt pistons and rods, factory lift cam and stock carb. It takes a whole lot more than just a well built motor to run fast in it. Excellent chassis and suspension set ups are keys to unlocking what lurks inside these motors. I see you live in Div 3, that div along with Div 1 are the 2 with the greatest quantities of stock and super stock racers in NHRA.
