New Best!

I was able to widdle it down a little more on Friday.
Got a new best of 12.87 @ 106.38 on a 1.88 60 ft (my best ever short time).
Mostly because I dropped some weight and got it down to 3590 from the last 3660 lbs.
New best trap also, 106.78 mph! I had a few other 12s also, so at least it a consistent high 12 now.
It was a good night.

Nice runs...I think you can squeeze a 12.50 out of that setup with a little bit better 60' time.

Very nice times Paul. RCR must've been hooking pretty good that night.

Great times....

Congrats on the new best Paul. Drop some more weight and get that 60' foot down and you should easily hit some 12.4's.

Thanx guys.
I'd be extatic if I could get to 12.4s-12.5s. I am really trying to concentrate on getting into the low 1.7s 60 ft and lightening up the car. My suspension is pretty much stock, and the TQ arm mount is original and in like 4 pieces! and a weak rubber tranny mount too. Hopefully going thru all the mushy bushings and mounts will net some kind of gain.

Joe, it was a good night. The sun warmed the track all day then it got cool. and it was PACKED! so the track stayed sticky.

David, have you ever weighed you car? just curious what the almighty tips the scales at .

It should be around 3350-3400lbs race weight. This is with front skinnies, no front swaybar, spare tire, or backseats, dynabatt lightweight battery, fiberglass hood and including myself.
