What front struts for street/strip?
I'm about to replace the struts in my 87 TA, and I'm considering Lakewood 90/10s. I already have a new set of their 50/50 rears that someone gave me. I ran this setup on a 5.0 Mustang a few years ago, and was happy with it (kept the sway bars on the street, which helped a lot), but I'm just wondering what the best setup for the $$ would be. I don't want to sink the money into Koni adjustable drag shocks right now, or go coilover...will the 90/10s be a good choice?

90/10 is race only. For street/strip use 70/30.
I use the Koni SPA1 drag struts. They are not recommended for the street but my car is strip only.
I used stock struts and shocks for a couple of years with no problems.

For a daily driver all our guys w/ 90/10's say that they notice alot of bounciness going down the road-they compare it to a car with worn out shocks and springs, but there are alot of guys that run them-if it's daily-daily driven stick with the 70/30's up front
