Lets assume I'm on slicks...

10.3:1 CR
XE284 Cam
World Product Sportsman II heads
750 CFM Edelbrock carb
X-celerator single plane intake

I think that's the basic setup. What kind of 1/4 mile times are we talking about here??

Mid 12's should be possible. Probably closer to high 12's.

Here are all the specs that I know of:

Advertised Duration:
284 Intake
296 Exhaust

Duration at .050"
240 Intake
246 Exhaust

Lift
.507" Intake
.510" Exhaust

With a better carb and a little head work, high 11's would be very possible, traction permitting of coarse.

Also, your 700r4 won't like that motor for long!
