What should i do next?

Okay guys i need opioins and idea's on what i should do next to help lower my ET's even more. i know my motor needs cam, heads, different intake, roller rockers. tranny needs a converter bad its a bone stock th-350 converter. rear end needs gears and thats it right now.

i plan on puttin 3.73's in the rear, gettin a 2800 stall converter for the trans, and im really unsure what to do to the motor, i know im goin to use World Products S/R torquer heads and edelbrock RPM air gap intake. im unsure of the cam.

also what do you guys think i should do for my rear suspention? i only have BMR lower control arms with poly bushings and KYB gas-a-just shocks and Moog cargo coil springs, everything else bone stock.

im thinkin some drag struts and shocks from lakewood, maybe 70/30 up front and 50/50 in the rear. other then that i dont know what else to do.

my best at the track is 15.6 at 88.88 mph with a 2.32 60' time. that was with a set of used M&H roadmaster dot slicks, i have my run on video and doesnt look like im spinning might just be the gears (3.23's) and i had the night before my BMR lower control arms put on. also my posi wasnt working like it should have, i just think its the gear fluid, Auburn posi, i think the gear fluid is the stuff u can get off the shelf at the store, im goin to put GM fluid inand there additive like the instructions say to.

well guys let me know your ideas and tips and whatnot. wont be back to the track till spring.

oh yeah my sig is up to date and those are all my mods.

Gads, I'm only a couple of hundreths slower than you, faster MPH, with 2.93 gears, no 2-3 shift - all this at 5800 feet elevation!

One would think cam is the first place. Since you're not computer controlled, you can get pretty hairy. Just keep the stall speed at or above the lower end of the cam's powerband.

If you get the Worlds, they need porting. Springs to match the cam.

Dump the Performer carb. Go with a Holley 600 DP. The difference off the line is incredible.

With the gears, assuming you can hook up, you should be in pretty good shape.

The cams ive been lookin at are the comp cams 268H and the comp cams xe 262 or 268 cam. the world products s/r heads come with good springs on them that could handle the lift of the cam.

if i say went with like a Demon 625 carb one ofthe street/strip carbs would that be good or better then the holley dp?

gears im goin with 3.73 and im lookin to get a new set of slicks, probably hoosier 26x10x15's or 28'' if things calculate right.

Sounds good.

No, that's vacuum secondary. A 650 Speed Demon mechanical secondary would be okay.
