Fuel cell Installation pt.II
can I mount a fuel cell in a welded box with a removable lid or door instead of putting up a bulkhead and still be legal? if so can the battery be installed next to it?

Contact your local tech director and ask them. Personally I don't see a problem as long as you follow the guidelines dealing with fuel tanks in the rulebook.
