Suggestions please

Right now I am in the process of an engine build up. So far I have a 383 shortblock with SRP high compression pistons, an Edelbrock performer rpm manifold, and a holley 750DP carb.If I need a diffrent manifold or carb then thats fine. The engine will make about 12.5 compression with 64 cc heads. I was wondering what kind of heads, cam, intake and carb you guys would suggest for me to reach my goal of 10.5 in the 1/4 on a somewhat streetable car. I was thinking about AFR 210cc heads with, a Lunati voodoo solid roller cam with Lift: .578''/.585'' Adv. Duration: 273°/279° Duration @ .050'': 243°/249° RPM Range: 2500-7000, maybe keeping my manifold or going to a vic jr. and maybe keeping the carb. Is it possible to do this N/A or do i need to go bigger with the heads and cam?
