SO, I was cruising around one Saturday Night when an new 2001 Mustang Gt pulled up to my stoplight. Now, I'm never one to back down from a challege, so I give my baby a little tap.
Now, I'm running a stock '86 305 TPI rated at 190hp. I think these mustangs are like 270? Anyways, light turns green and we shoot off the line. I'm not very good at raceing, i need to shift at 4000-4500, not 5000. But when my happy little 700r4 hit secing my front bumper was at the rear of his fender. Then he pulled away. So, I lose. I brake and am going 35 now, while he is way up there. Then, out pulls our local "protect and serve" boys and clicks on his lights right in front of me. My new mustang friend just got a ticket for doing like 60 in a 35. So I could this as a TKO. WHat do you think?
