BFG Drag Radials

How do these hook? Can you shock them with a manual tranny, or do they need to be loaded, like with an auto?

They hook Very good. I had them on my car when it was totaly stock and i could just mash of the line and they would hook ( no other tire so far has done that for me )but now i have bigger rims so I cant run them( and just ordered slicks for teh track hehe )

I've got nittos, and yes, you have to heat them up. I always pull around the water box and then back up into it. The BFG's don't need as long of a burnout as the nitto's. Start with 25 psi and work down from there.
