B&M Hammer Shift Kit Question.......
B&M Hammer Shift Kit Question.......
My friend has a piece of **** '95 Mustang 3.8 that runs 17's. He wants to get a Vortech 8psi supercharger, hooker aero chamber true dual cat back, a superchip and a B&M Hammer shift kit. He wants to know is it worth it to get the shift kit and if it is, how much time will be shaved from his 1/4 mile time. Thanks for your time.

don't go b&m if you are gonna do a shift kit. get either trans-go or art carr shift kits.
they may be good for .2 at most maybe .3 if he can lock up his torque converter (i dunno if the stangs can do this like the auto 700r4's can or not)
