TIlton or 4Th gen??

Anyone using the Tilton hyd. release Bearing?
Part nr. 61-501!
Or is it cleaner to use the 4th gen setup like

I know that tilton developed these bearings to run on the triple disk set up for stock cars. I don't know if you can run them with a single or dual friction clutch.
