i took the car out this past sunday. it ran like a raped ape to say the least. it was the best pass to date. if it stayed on the ground it would have been even better. 9.28 @ 145mph. i really wish i stayed in it. im on a quest for really high 8s before the end of the season. ill prob take it out one more time this year. hopefully i can pull it off.

 

Awesome shot...representing the 82-84. I race Island dragway a few times a year and have not seen your car. Do you go out much on race days?

 

i hate to say it but i mostly do test and tune or a gamblers race on sundays. thats really the only day i have to take the car out. hopefully next season we will get to some actual races.

 

Great passes! Just be careful pedaling - Blew mine up end of last year at MIR doing same. Kept going up on bumper and kept running 9.000, last pass decided to pedal earlier to save ET and get the 8.999999999. Well with car lower and all fuel not forced to sump got some fuel slosh and pop, pop, pop.. Nice car BTW, really clean looking.
