Im in Victoria!

Alright boys, some of you may have known me while i lived in Greece and posted here. well i moved to calgary and now the navy has called me out to BC. My Gta is in Calgary, and it needs a tranny build.

A) Do i buy a bike out here
B) Do i Bring the GTa out here? How will i get it out here, i dont know if i can drive it. And B where can i get the tranny fixed.
C) do i curl up into the fetal posistion and whine myself to sleep?

curl up in the fetal position and whine yourself to sleep. Then the next morning you can go out and buy a toaster oven

Seriously I think you should bring the GTA out here.

Get a bike, save up some money for the tranny rebuild, get it rebuilt, then bring it out west. Or get an operational tranny out of a wrecking yard and install that.

Im talking like a motor bike i.e. CBR GSXR NINJA....
The bike will cost me around 5-7k Canadian,
Whereas the insanely built tranny i want will cost me 4-5k...
I guess what it amounts to is where my priorities lie.

I figured you meant a motorcycle, but I didn't know you meant a GTA replacement. Remember Vancouver gets quite wet in the winter. Sure you don't want something with a roof???

well not really a replacement... Im just bummed out i know with a bike... nothings going to go wrong especially if its new but with my car there's just so many **** things that **** me off... you know? If its not this it's that.

Im just in a dillema.
I dont want to end up bringing it out here.. and having a smokin tranny built then have some engine failure.... that would be murphy's law and my luck

fek the bike im going to rebuild the tranny and wait to see what happens after that.. I'll install my headers subframes and get the level-10 shiftronic setup it seems pretty insane From there I'll get the rest of the steve spohn gear and prepare for a multistage setup of nitrous. Then wait for my rear end to puke, although it might not because it's a borg warner...
At this point i want to run a 12.99 at sea level with a stock motor
