Every car was black except the '89, which was red, but is now black.
I haven't posted to many pics of my car due to the laughter and ridicule because my '89 was transformed into a KITT replica. But here are some pics of that at differnet stages of the resto. Sorry, i don't have any of the '00 right now.
Here's some of the engine bay...it's still red though. I'll fix it this summer!

Re: Official Washington thread
thanks man.
I've still got some loose ends to finish up and some things to redo, but for now, it's not to bad.
took it out for a drive around town yesterday and stopped at park. Had a small crowd come check it out and talk about it and take some pics of it. One of the guys little girl really liked it because it had 2 tv's in it (just ran by dvd's for now). The father was all about the red light in front.

Anyway, have you seen any of the cars owned by the people that ridicule you? I'd be willing to bet they're nothing to write home about.

You're Camaro is awesome! I just got the same hood for my 83 and have some 255/60R15 for the rear. I may go bigger after seeing yours. I'm going with the old school steel wheels like on the Mad Max Mustang.

I'm Jesse.
I live in Federal Way with my 83 Z28. Has an early 70's Corvette engine. I picked it up for 1300. I've put into it less than 1000 in parts into it and it runs great. Pretty quick, but needs some cosmetic work and a louder exhaust note.
This is my first muscle car. Before I had a Wrangler that I modded to handle just about anything. I've also had a couple motorcycles. A Suzuki SV650 and a Suzuki SV1000S.

What my Camaro used to look like, and what it will look like when I'm done with the paint (wheels and hood are different, Forza 3 didn't have the early model hood or the wheels I have).

Beautiful car man, you have no reason to be embarassed. It's sweet and clean and there isn't to many kitt's out there.

Re: Official Washington thread
Well I'm back again with another 3rd gen ( my 3rd one). I've been playing around with trading rides around until I came across an offer that I couldn't pass up. I sold the last project and took the cash to find this decent 86 IROC that had some work done to it.
ZZ4, with all the bolts-ons, NOS wet system, deleted cat with America thunder exhaust, bolted sub-frame connector, box LCA, slot front rotors, so far that I can see until the weather gets better so I dig into more.
I don't know if the last owner might of been on the forum but I pick it up in Moses Lake, WA. area if you happen to see this post pass on any info about the car. The last owner just had it collecting dust in the garage and was not doing anything with it. Now it in my garage on jack as I'm in the process of cleaning it up. Here are some pics for now.

Hey guys,
I just picked up my first 3rd Gen a few months ago. Working at getting it on the road. It's been sitting since 2006.
I've done a bunch but I'm not quite there yet. No spark
I hope to get it to Point Defiance on Aug.15th

My very first post about to start working on my 91 Firebird Convertible. Doing some minor body mods and fixing things. Adding spoiler to front, lowering, new top. Added 2012 20" rims. Here's a couple of before pics
Just a start, trying to see what an additional front spoiler would look..will be fiberglassed on. 20' 2012 camaro wheels. Needs new top
testing a possible front lip/spoiler to mold in
